Staff Software Engineer

Northstar is hiring a staff software engineer to set technical direction across the product platform. The scope is the hard problems that cross team boundaries: the data model, the service seams, and the migrations nobody wants to own. You will write code, but the leverage is in the design work and in the engineers you make better. Ten or more years of experience, with a track record of systems still running years later. Remote within Canada.
